    Once you enrol, your course access begins immediately ✅ and includes **365 days of full access and free updates to support you during your GPhC exam preparation**. There’s no pressure to rush — you’ll have plenty of time to work through the content at your own pace. During this time, you’ll receive all updates to lessons, teaching improvements, guideline changes, and any newly added content — completely free.

  • ⏳ What happens if I need access after 365 days?

    📘✨ After the 12-month window, course access will be automatically paused. To resume, students will need to provide confirmation of their upcoming GPhC exam date. This helps us ensure fair and continued support is reserved for genuine candidates still actively preparing. ✨✨✨ If you need extended access, you can renew for an additional 12 months of updates and course content for £100. 👉 Once you’ve successfully passed your GPhC exam, your access will be paused to make space for new students starting their journey. This ensures our learning environment stays focused and up to date for those still revising. Over 95% of our students pass within their access window, but if you need longer — we’re always here to support you 💪🎓

  • What if I fail my GPhC exam? Can I retake the course?

    If you don’t pass the exam, we offer extended access options at a discounted rate. Contact us to discuss your options and personalized support to help you succeed on your next attempt.

  • Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

    We understand that circumstances can change. Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase, provided that the course has not been accessed or started. Once a course has been accessed (e.g. lessons viewed, downloads made, or videos played) or teaching notes posted out to you, the enrolment is considered active and no refund can be issued in line with our digital content policy.
